Jordan believes that trust and communication are the key to his success, his aim is to provide a lifelong service to his clients.

Daniel is BWM’s Mortgage and Protection, Protection Specialist. He has worked in financial services for twenty years including for one of the UK’s largest insurers and more recently a national mortgage broker.

He advises clients on how to protect their homes, families, and income should the unfortunate happen. Also, Daniel works with businesses to ensure that business owners and employers are protected should the owners or key employees die or fall ill.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys playing cricket and has regular requests from the team to bring in his famous homemade sausage rolls.

Peter is a Mortgage Adviser with two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry and is passionate about helping clients find the right mortgage for them.

Peter uses his extensive knowledge of lenders criteria to find the best deals for his clients. He is a great listener and takes the time to understand his client’s financial situation and needs.

Peter’s specialist areas include new builds, helping first-time buyers realise their dreams of home ownership, along with helping remortgage customers and home movers find the best deals for them. He is aware that the mortgage journey can be a daunting process. Peter takes the time to understand his clients’ individual circumstances to take the stress out of the process.

In his spare time, Peter loves to do home improvements with his wife Sally and takes their cockapoo Alfie for long walks around Dorset.

Aidan is a Mortgage Advisor with over two decades in the Financial Services Industry. Committed to assisting clients in finding the perfect mortgage tailored to their needs, Aidan possesses an in-depth understanding of the mortgage market and lenders' criteria.

His extensive knowledge enables him to navigate the mortgage market, ensuring that each client receives a tailored solution for their specific situation—whether they are first-time buyers or portfolio buy-to-let landlords. Aidan takes pride in providing comprehensive explanations of the customer journey, ensuring clients have a precise understanding of each step in the mortgage process, from initiation to completion.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Aidan leads an active lifestyle. He is involved in training and teaching Muay Thai, indulges his passion for surfing, and prioritizes quality time with his young family.

Lisa joined the team at BWM’s Mortgage and Protection in April 2020 to assist in the setting up of the new mortgage team. Lisa has over 35 years’ experience working in the banking and finance sector.

Lisa is married with 3 sons and 1 granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family in the great outdoors and has a keen passion for cooking.

Samantha joined Baggette and Company in July 2023 with over 3 years’ experience in Financial Services and 5 years’ experience in Mortgages (BTL, Residential, 2nd Charge Loans).

She is looking to progress within the Mortgage Sector and is aiming to complete her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CEMAP).

Away from work Samantha has a passion for the Gym and is a keen sportswoman, she thoroughly enjoys spending time with her young family and her Cockapoo.
